Prize giveaways are limited to legal residents of the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada who are 18 years of age or older, and are currently employed in sales positions with Epson authorized resellers and distributors in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada or who are currently employed by an Epson 3rd-party marketing company as an Epson Weekend Warrior or Retail Marketing Representative, and who score 100% on a Final Exam offered through Epson Knoware University. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Not responsible for modem, phone line, computer hardware or software malfunctions or errors, Internet access or server malfunctions, interruptions or mistransmissions, or for lost, stolen, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Epson America, Inc. reserves the right to reject entries for any reason.
   
   
2. Eligibility: This prize giveaways are limited to persons currently employed in sales positions with Epson authorized resellers and distributors or an Epson 3rd-party marketing company in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada who complete a final exam offered through Epson Knoware University. Employees of Epson America are not eligible.
   
   
3. Drawing: Prize(s) will be awarded by drawings conducted at dates and times determined by the Knoware University staff. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the current prize giveaway period. Non-winning entries for each drawing will be removed and will have no further chance to win the current month’s prize. Winners will be notified by telephone within 3 business days of the drawing. Winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within 15 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be mailed to winners. Decision of Epson America, Inc. is final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
   
   
4. Prize: The approximate retail value and quantity of prize(s) to be awarded will be stated online in the Epson Knoware University Classroom. Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
5. General Conditions: Void where prohibited/restricted by law. Winner will be responsible for payment of all applicable fees and taxes. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of Epson America, Inc.
